Collect as much information as possible about what happened.
2. Lodge your claim
You can lodge a claim online or get help over the phone.
3. Get your outcome
Once we have received your online claim, you will be provided with an update within two business days.
It’s important to have the following at hand when lodging your claim:
Details of the incident, including time and place
Other drivers’ names, addresses, vehicle registration numbers, and insurance details
Any witnesses’ names and contact details
Details of any tow-truck company used
Police report number (if applicable)
Photographs of the damage and scene (if applicable).
